1. Missing Item Claim
In case of any missing item in the order, the customer must provide a clear box opening video recorded from the time of opening the sealed package.
The video should clearly show the shipping label, sealed condition of the package, and full unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.
Claims regarding missing items will not be accepted without a valid box opening video.
2. Returns
We have 10 days of return policy , which means you can return the products in 10 days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blank Verse. If you may received defective or damaged product, you may escalate the concern within 1 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility For Refund / Exchange
To be eligible for a refund/ exchange you must provide clear and valid photos showing the issue with the product. Please send these photos along with your proof of purchase to WhatsApp +9189217 71325
4. Refunds / Exchanges
Once you are eligible for refund/ exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your refund/ exchange request.
We have 10 days of return policy , which means you can return the products in 10 days
If your refund is approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If your exchange is approved, new product will be delivered within 7 business days.
Exchange courier charges may be charged from the Customer side.
